Life coaching involves discovering what your desires are and working on how to manifest these desires in your life. Energy Therapy
Energy therapy involves channeling divine healing energy, through the practitioner, and to the client. Energy therapy may heal on physical, mental, emotional or spiritual levels; balancing the client's energy system for their highest good. An energy session begins with the client lying in a comfortable location, fully clothed. The practitioner channels the divine healing energies to the client, either in person or from a distance. Hair mineral analysis is an analytical test which measures mineral content of the hair. Trace minerals are essential in countless metabolic functions in all phases of the life process. A hair sample is taken and the test is prepared in a licensed clinical laboratory through a series of chemical and high temperature digestive procedures. You will receive a report indicating the level of minerals and some toxins in your body, information regarding your metabolism, suggested foods to eliminate and increase in the diet, potential symptoms if the imbalance continues or worsens, and suggested supplements to assist in correcting the imbalance. This test is not meant to replace medical care. If you have special dietary needs, you can discuss recommendations with your doctor, and a copy of the analysis can be sent to your doctor.

Energy and spiritual healing/counseling services can be conducted in person or at a distance, and do not involve physical contact. The client lies or sits comfortably with their eyes closed. For best results, the client should have no expectations of what healing results they should receive. Healing will occur on whatever levels and in the degree that is most appropriate for the client at that time. The client should be open to and have faith in receiving healing (doubts and fears may block the energy flow). Healing is a personal responsibility and just having an attitude of being open to healing is a great start! Clients often experience feelings of peace and calmness, some will feel subtle pressure or heat, and others may see colors or visions. Healing can occur on physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels.
Healing energies do not come from the therapist. The therapist takes part in the healing by being open and attuned to receiving the energies (like a conduit) from a Divine energy that flows through the therapist to the client, and the therapist utilizes their knowledge and training to suppor the session.

Chakra Balancing/Crystal Therapy
Chakras are energy centers of the body that regulate the flow of life-force energy. There are seven major chakras in our bodies. When they become dysfunctional, physical and emotional problems can occur. Chakra Therapy helps to bring the body, mind and spirit back to balance. Crystal Therapy involves the laying of crystals on and around the body. Crystals carry healing energy to help balance the body’s energy system and ease physical, mental and emotional issues. Crystal Therapy is often used in conjunction with Chakra Balancing. Essential oils and color therapy may also be used.
CHAKRAS
